The real estate's price is the most important factor in real estate selling, which directly affects the customer's purchase behavior and competitor's selling behavior, also affects the market image of the business enterprise and its product; at the same time, the price relates to the business enterprise's profits, the price restricts the survive and development of business enterprise. Therefore, proceeding game theory application of real estate's price is often meaningful to the Townowner real estates. From the angle of game theory and information economics, this article apply Game theory for discussing. I Analyze the existing price war among the Townowner real estates and other real estates with the Bertrand model, and analyze alliance of real estates company with repeated game theory, and discuss how to weaken price war with game theory. From these discussion this article make a conclusion that the Townowner real estates ought to how to avoid price war. And providing many methods avoiding price war for the Townowner real estates to have a try. Such as, actualizing different strategy, establishing mechanisms of real estate company's alliance, cultivating the Townowner real estates' core competition ability, etc. This article finally provide some reasonable advice about how to constitute price for Chengdu project for the Townowner real estates. I hope, through this textual analysis, Townowner real estates can be calmness in future competition and cope with them easily. At the same time, I hope reader can have further cognition for real estate's price problem through reading this thesis.
