Studies On Product-Recovery Network Based On Reverse Logistics Management

The thesis addresses the reverse logistics, based on which the paper researches the product-recovery network programming. The thesis contributes to the network programming while underlining the reverse logistics management.During researching the reverse logistics network programming, there are three main points from which I model the product-recovery network of the reverse logistics.The first point is the relationship between the forward logistics and the reverse logistics. If there is no forward logistics (traditional logistics), there is no reverse logistics. When modeling the reverse logistics network, It's necessary to consider the infrastructure of the existing forward logistics system.The thesis shows the importance of the reverse logistics management, and the second main point is about the three management layers, which are strategy, tactics and practice in the disassembly centers, based on which the thesis has three models to realize the objection of the minimum cost whose conclusions can't compare with each other.The third point is the problem logistics enterprises and manufacture enterprises focus on that is whether establishing the reverse logistics network based on the existing forward logistics system or optimize the forward logistics and the reverse logistics network at the same time. From this point, the thesis establishes the two network models that are embodied in the above three models.All the above suggestion and research about reverse logistics management and network programming can be reference for the special logistics enterprises and the enterprise who wants to establish their own new logistics system.
