The Emergence, Choice And Price Fixing Of Research Project Under The Quasi-purchase System Of Research Outcome

The Quasi-purchase system of research outcome is a research funds' system based upon research outcome. So we must set up research project and estimate its cost and price with scientific and reasonable methods.On the base of plenty of documents and investigation research, the thesis investigated the establishment of research project and its price, profit and encouragement system, also gave some ideas on these projects not including in government's investment project and the price models of S&T commodities.The main points as followings:1. The thesis divided research projects according to their economic feature and adopted different investment methods accordingly.2. The thesis gave some ideas on the establishment of investment items under the quasi-purchase system of research outcome system.3. The thesis compared and analysised the differences between research projects and other scientific goods; and discussed the patterns and methods of the S&T commodities; and salso gave ideas on the price of research projects under the quasi-purchase system of research outcome.4.
