We have accumulate many experience and there are more perplexity. This paper aim to studying the actual conditions of applying Balanced Scorecard to enterprises and looking for the succeed method which is applied into Chinese enterprises.The evaluation of staff performance management and the whole corporation's outstanding achievement is a significant issue. Which always puzzled the Chinese governor. The staff performance evaluations have been developed for 20 years. Thus there are many experiences in these days, however there is no more satisfaction for us. Form the staff performance seen, the method of Chinese corporation outstanding achievement are classified. Target management, 360 degree evaluation and the compositor. Looked from all the corporation's performance evaluation.
