So the old management system must be updated.The writer of this article chooses a real project, the Reconstruction of The Telecom Network for example, to make a systematic exposition of the problems and cause existing in the traditional management of Nanning Telecom and make a thorough analysis on this real project in order to get the project management be carried out with good quality and high efficiency to meet the standards of the Marketing Economy.
