The 21th century is an information age. Information economy is changing the production , operation and management style of traditional enterprises. Enterprise's informationization has offered a short cut for catching up with the advanced international standards in backward enterprises. So, our government has established such a series of principles and policies as " using informationization to bring along industrialization " , etc.. On the other hand, with the development of economic globalization, the enterprises of our country face more and more direct competitions from overseas enterprise, our domestic enterprises are backward not only in such hardwares as the products , technology , fund etc. to compare with the advanced enterprises of foreign countries, but also there is a greater disparity in such soft strength as the management , culture , idea etc. Under the great background here, the numerous enterprises of our country have chosen to advance enterprise's informationization to manage consciously, establish the development path of the corporate culture of individual character in order to improve the competitive power on the market of enterprise.
