Methodology Of Analysis And Evaluation Studies On Enterprise Informationization Management Foundation

Enterprise informationization is a process that IT and information resource are used more effectively. It needs the strong support from management foundation including management technology and action. The management foundation needs time to be improved because of management progression. That means management foundation can be evaluated. The results can be used to improve the level of enterprise management by providing the practically support.This sdudy has three parts. Firstly, It analyses the meaning of enterprise informationization management foundation and the relations among information flow, capital flow, substance flow and business flow. Then it catchs the key factors inflecting the foundation on the longitude: information management technology and action.Secondly, The three-layer model of information flow on the latitude in enterprise and the two-dimension factor concourse are established.Thirdly, The author evaluate the management foundation through the factor concourse by EIMF&FCM. And draw a conclusion by a case including the whole level and the weak chains of the management foundation.The results of case research proved that EIMB&FCM is effectiveness for management foundation evaluation, and can illuminate the strategy for improving the level of management foundation.
