Manufacturing Enterprise Informationization Foundation Analysis And Evaluation Research

It has been more than 20 years since manufacturing enterprises of our country began to informationize, but the process of it is not plain sailing. It is because the information foundation of Chinese enterprise can't support the rapid development of informationization. To research the key factors which have effect to the process of manufacturing enterprises informationization, identify and evaluate the factors of informationization foundation, could help the manufacturing enterprises improve their informationization foundation and increase the success rate of the implement of information system.Through the research of informationization connotation, the author catches the key factors of informationization foundation into two classes: information structure and information culture and partitioned each class into three layers according to the management dimension. Then the author conclude the Informationization Foundation Evaluation Indicator System, use AHP to evaluate weighting system, use fuzzy comprehensive judgment to figure out the Enterprise Informationization Foundation Index Numbers, use map radar to analyze the evaluation results.The evaluation of informationization foundation can help enterprises improve the informationization foundation and guarantee the process of manufacturing enterprises informationization.
