Using the development trend of enterprise logistics as the researchbackground of this thesis and the distribution system of TD Company asthe research subject, the thesis systematically analyzes the problems,which exist in the distribution system in a quantitative and qualitativeway and put forward to the solving tactics and methods to the problems.The thesis first analyzes the interior and exterior surroundings of TDCompany and its competitive advantages from the strategic managementperspective. The thesis indicates that the logistics distribution is the keydriving factor of the company's low cost expansion strategy. In the thesis,the author points out problems existing in the distribution system, such asinaccurate forecasting, overstock and incapability of performanceevaluation, as well as analyzing the whys of the problems.Using the relative theories and supply chain management, the thesismainly analyzes the weakness in logistics. Tailored plans and tactics ofdemand prediction, transportation, and performance evaluation, whichcan have a heavy impact on logistics operation, have been made in thethesis.In the end, the author brings forward to suggestions to the futuredevelopment of TD Company in such aspects as the construction of ITsystem, attracting elites in logistics and the construction of logisticsperformance evaluation system on a benchmarking basis.
