Liaoning Provincial Corps of Chinese People's Armed Police Force manages the units of the province's People's Armed Police at all levels, the strength of the quality and ability of cadres have a decisive role to improve the combat effectiveness of armed forces across the province, it is an important guarantee for scientific development to achieve the province's armed forces. In the conditions of the new situation and tasks, it is particularly important to build a development potential cadres of corps who can command, management, understand the technology. Therefore, it is a very real and important issue to concerned about job satisfaction of People's Armed Police Corps in Liaoning Province and analyze the impact on their mental stability, peace of mind due diligence, good variety of factors to complete their work, to target to improve the overall performance of their duties of cadres.The relationship of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction in profit-making unit has been fully demonstrated, however, it is not yet fully tested in non-profit organizations, especially in the military sector.From the above problem as a starting point for, for the current situation of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of the cadres of People's Armed Police Corps of Liaoning Province, this paper introduced organizational behavior, management, psychology of perception of organizational support (Perceived Organizational Support), job satisfaction (job Satisfaction) and other related theories, on the base of researching of a large number of relevant literature of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, it put forward ideas of research questions and assumptions, acquiring data through questionnaires, using descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods to research perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of the status quo of People's Armed Police Corps cadres of Liaoning Province, to analyze their relationship and prediction that Perceived Organizational Support is to the perception of job satisfaction and verify the hypothesis. Finally, basing on the findings, this paper proposed that we should improve the perceived organizational support of People's Armed Police Corps cadres of Liaoning Province for raising the job satisfaction of the People's Armed Police Corps cadre of Liaoning Province, fully playing to their potential cadres. At last, this paper proposed several suggestions and solutions to raise the perceived organizational support of cadres of the corps.
