A Study On The Construction Of The Knowledge-Supply-Chain Of Hotel Human Resource

Knowledge supply chain of hotel human resource (KSCHHR) is a new theory and method that has appeared along with the knowledge economy age coming. KSCHHR has been successfully applied to manufacturing and has being expanded to labor-intensive service industry. Now low integrative makings on human resource, poor decision-making ability of supervisor layer, and bad service have caused the decline of hotel industry in our country. The deficiency of persons with ability has become a bottleneck of hotel industry sustainable development. At the same time, the students who have been brought up by tourism schools have not met the requirement of hotel corporations and the majority has to transfer to other industries after their graduation.Base on this, this study would be of instructive use for optimal allocation of hotel human resource in our country. The contents, ideas and methods of the study would enrich relevant theories and practices about KSCHHR, and they would provide a reference to similar researches in the future in a certain extent. This paper consists of four parts.Chapter One: The prolegomenon.
