It is popular in the power generation enterprise that the performance both the service department and its staff is lower. One reason is the restriction of the power generation enterprise, the other includes its thanking conception and the lower administration in the service department. With the development of the reform in the electric power system, the power generation enterprise faces huge competition. That the service department improves its service capability is the requirement of insuring the power generating and developing itself.The service department has been using the achievement assessment of the power generation enterprise for many years. It dose not fit the demand of the department and staff and make the relationship of the leader and staff deteriorate. It isn' t beneficial to improving the performance both staff and department.Under the guidance of the performance management theory, This article constructs the service department performance management system through using the method of the empirical analysis and combining the advantages of KPI(Key performance Indicator), Goal Manage, 360 Degree Feedback and Key Event through the analysis of JD Auto Team task and setting the performance goal and the assessment principle.Finally, Recommendations and instructions are provided for implementing performance management.
