It is a kind of very general phenomenon that the alliances which have no official regulation, no formal structure and ensured by organization in addition exist in the whole human society extensively. Through the thesis, we try to get some creative opinions about the concerned field. What is called "birds of a feather flock together, people of one mind fall into the same group" the reason in a sense. Study carefully its origin, can roughly trace back to primitive human era. But the concept of informal group is put forward by modern management educational circles correspondent to formal group.The pol ice organization is regarded as the national organ of violence, people organization of dictatorship, for maintain social stability, protect people, attack crime, ensure social economic prosperity and development, shouldering important responsibility. The law awards police organization many kinds of privilege, so as to ensure that the police organization enforces the law and goes on smoothly. Meanwhile, police organization as an organization is divided into different interests groups too, different interests groups cause the production of a large number of informal groups. Such as is it associate alumnus group of tie to regard graduating from the Alma Mater as, for associate fellow villager group of tie geo emotion, regard interesting reason , such as sports , literature and art hobby ,etc. as the contract by the spontaneous recreation and sports group that makes up , with family property reason habits and customs close, emotional interests similar companion group that relation form, appear urgent case , is it have the same colleague group of experience wait with some special project for what good luck form to track down.
