Study On Several Questions Of Land Use And Planning In The Agriculture Science And Technology Park

The agriculture science and technology park has got great achievements since the first modern agriculture park in China set up several years ago. The construction and development of modern agriculture have set their significant roles in many fields, especially in achieving the spanning development of agriculture, acceleration the regulation of agriculture structure, improving the output efficiency of land, increasing the profit of whole agriculture and enhancing the competition of goods in the world. Nowadays, we have come to know that the modern agriculture park plays an important role in development of economy and society, but at the same time some problems occurred in park planning and land using were discovered and should be thought of. So it is imperatively needed that researching on the issues of agriculture parks for guidance the development of modern agricultural park in the right way.Land problem is a serious issue in the construction of modern agricultural park. It's difficult to treat with the relationship between reforming the pattern of land keeping based on single family and executing the land contract policy lasting for 30 years for the purpose to implement of scale management and creative scale profit during the development of modern agriculture park.Based on the situation of the quick development of modern agriculture park in China, this thesis probed into some problems exiting in park planning and land use during the development of modern agriculture park by investigation to the agricultural park in Hangzhou city. Then it pointed out that these problems mainly originated from the unclear objects of some agriculture park and indefinite land right. This thesis developed some own points of view on land using and planning, and some policy suggestions about how to improve the land using and planning management were also provided. The first part of this thesis introduced some theories on agricultural development, then discussed the characteristic and function of modern agricultural park. The second part introduced the general situation of the development of modern agricultural park in China, then taking the agriculture park in Hangzhou as an example, discussed the status of land using and park planning.
