The Hotel Training Management is one of the most important parts of Hotel Human Resource Management. It is a great subject that how to find a scientific training system suitable for the Chinese native situation and meet the enterprise's needs in the global economy development era.At first, this paper describes the certain history background which the research focuses, generally summarizes the opportunities and challenges which China's hotel industry and Hunan's hotel market are facing during their status of overall development .With Dolton Hotel Changsha as practical research objective, this research combines theoretical analysis and practical investigation , quantificational analysis and qualitative analysis. With a reference of plenty of domestic and international Human Resources management literatures, this paper generally summarizes and concludes the developing duration of enterprise's training management idea from germination to mature, from simple to complication. Based on this, writer describes the development duration of training management of Dolton Hotel Changsha , specifying the current training management with a deep anatomy, pointing the existing shortcomings and deficiency as well. Afterward, with the scientific training management theory as guideline, start from the practical training management level and the facts of Dolton Hotel Changsha, this paper proposes a new training management system by establishing new sub-systems such as the subsystem of Training Planning, Training Needs Analysis, Training Assessment and Training Feedback. The sub-systems of Training Implementation, Trainer & Training Material also been updated. At last, the paper certified that the implementation of the new training system will provide strong human resource support and bring apparent economic profit to the strategic development of the Dolton Hotel Changsha, through the comparison between the old and new training system and the economic profit anticipation analysis of the new training system.The first paragraph of this paper briefly states the historical phases and economic background, describes the competition situation of Hunan hotel market, as well as the opportunities and challenges of Dolton Hotel Changsha is facing during his development. Meanwhile, states the research content and methods, analyses the competitive environment and development trend of local hotel industry. In the second paragraph, some related native and foreign management regulations have been listed and descript. In the third paragraph, the old training system has been specificallyanalyzed. The sectors which need to be improved in the old training system are picked out. The important impacts of them for the enterprise practical management are also demonstrated in the paragraph. On the basis of the analysis of the last three paragraph, the main content of the forth paragraph is spent on the newly designed training management system which set out from the practical training management needs of the Dolton Hotel and combined with lots of training theories and ideas. In the fifth paragraph, the completely comparison between the new and old training system is descript. The feasible analysis of the new training system is conducted as well. At last, the key points in carrying out and the innovation points in the new training system of the thesis is demonstrated.I sincerely hope that the article can provide effective consultant theory and ideas in the establishment of the effective training management system of Dolton Hotel and the whole hotel industry.
