| International Legal Service was first brought up in Uruguay Negotiation as a technical form in international trades. Chinese Government has carried out its commitment to WTO by the cancellation of the "Three Restrictions" in 2002, which is one year after China joined WTO in year 2001. The cancellation of "Three Restrictions" is to enlarge the legal aids market. To be open and global is one of the tendencies of today's world. Joining WTO results in more trades with other foreign countries which turns out to accelerate the globalizations and standardizations of China's legal service.This article talks about the definition, forms and characteristics of the international Legal service and analyze the differences between the legal services in Britain, US and China in particular.This article discusses how China adjusts itself to adapt the international standards in Legal Service market in terms of redefined market entrant condition, amendment of corresponding lawful statements, management system, and human resources policy. Such a discussion is made in a purpose that the foreign affairs Legal Service in China can improve itself in competition with foreign legal services.
