Marketable investment in road construction can settle the contradiction between backwardness in road construction and the lack in construction fund, and support the persistant, steady, healthy development of national economy. It also increases investment efficiency in a certain degree, and reduces the harm to state-owned assets caused by duty crime.The paper chooses the marketable investment of road construction as theresearcher object. It discusses the investment theory and financing channels of road construction, as well as the BOT mode in item construction. Combined with the present situation in the road construction of Guizhou Province, it analyses the method for Guizhou Province to invest and finance in its road construction. Through a typical case, it points out how to analyse and make decision in several investment and financing schemes in the idiographic circumstance. In that case, it comes to a conclusion that the BOT mode is the best scheme in this circumstance. |
