Construction On The Governance Legitimacy Foundation Of The Communist Party Of China And Its Way Selection

Proceeding from general principle of legitimacy,this text does a theory analysis to governance legitimacy of the Communist Party of china, scans macroscopically and analyses microscopically the whole process of the legitimacy construction and development in different historical periods to show experience, inheritance and development during construction on the legitimacy foundation of CPC.Above-mentioned academic and historical analysis, offer the basic route to explore and prospect for further development of the governance legitimacy of CPC. The construction on the legitimacy foundation of the CPC is a complicated system engineering. But on long terms, the key of the governance legitimacy building lies in the political structure and the political system. So, we must define the relation between party and government, party and law reasonably, and develop the democracy political system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, as requested to administer the state according to law ,operate institutionalized, and the standardization and procedure, then structured the foundation of standardizing of the legitimacy of CPC.At the same time,the idea of CPC must improve with time passing to establish the ideology foundation, and must regard scientific development view as guidelines to innovate the performance foundation of legitimacy.
