Furthermore scientific output prediction model is important to fine administration in oil field. Oil developing system is complicated after into high water stage which more our oil field into. The old model did not fulfil the need of operation administration in oil field. A new model must be established to adapt the status of oil field.Though research in output prediction models, this paper setup a new model,that will adapt our oil field. The parameters of PR model come from production data, so this model have more applicability and convenient. The result is more exact. The method of prediction oil output can be more perfective, and the administration in oil field is more fine and science. In the same time, following output management was researched. Informational following output management system was brought forward .This system aims on benefits and developing for long through developed net work. It makes the level of administration in our field to rise. The PR model and system of output following management were test in SaBei oil field. The ending proved than the model and the system were fit oil field, and improve the system of administration in SaBei oil field.
