Stated-Owned Construction Enterprise Group Organization Structure Reasonability Study

China construction industry will meet new challenges and opportunities following the opening of construction market little by little after China became a member of WTO. Currently our state-owned construction enterprise groups were established under the administrative order, some shortage has exited in organization structure from their establishment. The organization structure , showing many corrupt practices which have effect on development of construction industry, is getting unfit the requirements of development of market economic.In this article, we study the China stated-owned construction enterprise groups, combine the practice experience of construction enterprise groups from Japan, USA, and other developed countries, analyze the exiting problems of organization structure of stated-owned construction enterprise groups, put forward the orientation and measurement of reasonable organization structure. Through this study we hope it could help to adjust our stated-owned construction enterprise group unreasonable organization structure; promote the reasonability and reorganization of assets structure; quicken reform step of our stated-owned construction enterprise group management; wholly raise the quality and efficiency of organization management; reduce the waste of resource and reconstruction; realize the improvement of economic interests.
