Organization structure of enterprise, an old topic, has accompanied enterprises since its generation. An enterprise always has one particular form of organization structure, though theoretically there are infinite kinds of it, among which the differences have no significance of the better or the worse. As different social systems, environments, enterprises, scales and managers are concerned; the most appropriate organization structure does exist. The reform of the organization structure is always in accordance with the step of the times and satisfies the need in the growth of the enterprise. In the early time, the feature of the small-scaled classic enterprise was parallel and single-leveled. It gradually turned into the type of Pyramid after the scale of enterprise has been enlarged. The modern cooperation system has introduced radical change in the senior management of a company, and the system of the business departments lowers the centrobaric of the enterprise. But they all retain the organization structure of Pyramid, which is oriented by vertical order and assisted by parallel cooperation. In 90s the American scientists of administration, Hammer and Champy put forward the theory of business procedure reconstructure, which caused a revolution of procedure reconstructure afterwards. A great amount of resource of human and finance are invested in the research of it by science circles and enterprise circles. At the same time, the imaginary organization developed vigorously as the globalization of economy was approaching. We can avouch that the future typical organization structure of enterprise should be opening network, which is fit for the requirements of information revolution and digit- and netizationThis article is intended to describe clearly the historical background, developing train and future trend of the enterprise organization structure's evolution, explain the general theory on the design of organization structure and make further analysis of several representative organization structures, especially of the reconstruction of the business procedures. In the last part of this article, the organization structure's evolution of Haier Group is used as an example to illustrate that in the development of an enterprise, there is no end to the transformation of its organization structure, and an enterprise should endeavor to seek the structure most appropriate for its development in order to be adjusted to the change of the market.
