Hydraulic press machine belongs to the equipment industry, which is the only department that offers modern producing means to all units of the national economy. The expansion and development of all units of the national economy involves the investment in corresponding equipments from equipment industry. And to some degree, the equipment industry should develop at a faster speed than other units of the economy. AB company of Chongqing located the west of China owns by state with a history of 67 year. It is the largest hydraulic press equipment manufacturer in the west. With the development of the Opening and reforming,the competition in markets is getting more and more fierce. At present, the rapid development of the industry of hydraulic press equipment, the huge demand for hydraulic press equipment, the favourable policy for the company in the west, the opened economic environment bring AB company of Chongqing a lots chances. The fierce competition in the industry, the increasing internationalized degree of national marketing, the shrunken marketing share for more foreign companies and private companies in the marketing, they have an effect on the AB company of Chongqing. AB company of Chongqing has an advantage of finance,quality and fame. There exist still many problem. Such as the weak technology, the blunt respond to service.. Facing external and changeable environment and enterprise internal condition,AB Company of Chongqing must carefully analyze the situation and know itself,accurately predict market,set target market,establish a set of scientific and reasonable enterprise marketing strategy and tactics to strengthen enterprise advantage. This thesis is made on the basis of the market research into the industry of hydraulic presses and AB Company of Chongqing. In this thesis, the industry of hydraulic presses and the AB company are closely analyzed with related theories about marketing and strategic management. The advantages and disadvantages of the company, the problems in strategy of marketing organization and marketing are analyzed. A marketing plan is suggested in the thesis, with emphasis on the facts that the company should pay close attention to the market, should establish the guidelines in marketing, which shows that the marketing strategy plays a crucial role in an enterprise. The results of this thesis can not only help the management of the AB Company to draw a better marketing strategy but also help it to carry the strategy out. And they are also of some use to other companies of the same kind in China.
