Research On Administration System Of Military Graduate School

Military Graduate School is the base of educating high level personnel , it is governed by the President of military university and is the education administration organization with relatively independent leadership ,it has separate personnel organization and finance budget.Because of different administration system, education development and other factors, Military Graduate School construction starts late ,it is still in the groping phase. The functions between Military Graduate School and local Graduate School are different ,thus how to set up the organizations ,set the levels, and how the organizations act up in Military Graduate School remain a problem at present.This study uses the methods of Literature Research, Experts Interview, Scene Investgation and so on ,in order to study and analysis the administration system of Military Graduate School .It summarizes the organization setting scheme, which is led by the Vice-president of the university ,under it are four sections: Section of Students Recruitment, Training, Degree, Discipline Construction.On the base of establishing the organization setting of Military Graduate School, we have done systematic theory research on management troop construction, managing mode ,and system construction of Military Graduate School.The issues discussed in this study offer significant references to the construction of Military Graduate School.
