Study On The Revision Of The Overall Land Use Planning Of County Base On The Urbanization Speeding Up Process

The thesis studied on, while combined with the author's own experience gained from wording at the experimental county, the revision of the overall land use planning of county in the speeding up urbanization process when the revision of the third-round overall land use planning will soon be carried out in full-scale. It is hoped that through the research into the theories and methods of the revision of land use planning, the thesis will provide us with guidance on the new round revision.The thesis starts with the theories of land use planning, analyses how would the revision of overall land use planning adapt to meet the needs of the development of urbanization with the case study in Liling city, and therefore the following research achievements are gained:(1) Conducting a thorough-going inquiry into the system and content of the land using planning and applying the basic theory of land use planning, especially the principle of sustained development, to the practical work of land use planning will help to increase the planning's scientific and feasibility, to realize ail-inclusively the rational use of land, and to enhance regional sustained development.(2) This thesis summering the basic conditions of the last round land use planning which is already finished. The problems in different aspects in land use planning such as scientific, applicability, farsightedness, and coordination and the causes of these are analyzed to be used in this turn's revision for reference.(3) This thesis studies the characteristics of our country's urbanization and analyzes the problems exists in it, and based on which, it advances that clearing the guide ideology, establishing three new concepts, adhering to four cardinal rules, and attaching importance to five concrete works are essential to the coordinated development between revision of overall land use planning and urbanization.(4) The pilot project of the revision of land use planning of county in Hunanprovince-----the case of Liling city, is illustrated and studied in order to explore newtechnological ways in revision of overall land use planning in an theory and case study integrated manner. The study focuses on how to use mathematics model in reasonably predicting the amount of distributing construction land that is demanded and distributing these lands through index division according to the urbanization strategy of planned area.
