Knowledge management is the process to identify, gain, valuate organizes' knowledge resources, and let the knowledge availably produce result. It is the right weapon to make business enterprise win in vigorous competition. The realization of knowledge management can't get away from the support of the information system. In this process, the basic activity of knowledge management all operates on information system. However, most of all information systems belong to management scope now, and all of them were built based on the foundation of organizations. The design and operation of information system follow the original management model, information system exists as an electric model of realistic information system .Its biggest function is repeating working, and increase the work efficiency. It can't efficiently discover, gain, distribute, analysis, use, store and share knowledge, can't offer the way let metaphor knowledge and superficial knowledge converting and sharing, Can't increase the ability to adaptation and changing by using of the collective intelligence. Therefore the system with the function of knowledge management -business enterprise's knowledge management system emerge with the tide of the times. But, business enterprise's knowledge management system has come into being for a vary short time, so the study of guiding the proceeding of successfully developing the system is not deeply. Although each of the research result now has its characteristic, few of them study the problem of realizing KMS based on the all-round situation. After reading the related literature in domestic and abroad, and deeply study the theory of knowledge manage and knowledge management system, this text set out from the overall situation, make use of the way of comparison, analysis, reasoning logically, and systemic reasoning, and research how to build the business enterprise's knowledge management system, so to provide suggestions for business enterprises. Knowledge management system is not totally different from the original and systematic system, it is a synthetic system that includes management methods, knowledge management, intelligence management, determination, and organization strategy development. It must be built based on information management system, decision supporting system and specialist system, because it must achieve the goal of finding, handling, managing, and using knowledge. The development of system usually uses the network technique, face to the object technique, the database technique, software development language, distribution database technique, engineering conjunction technique, knowledge pushed and sent technique, knowledge warehouse and excavation technique. The whole knowledge management system development can be divided into four stages: system analysis, system designing, system practice and system evaluation. The analysis of requirement for system is the foundation of whole system developed, the requirement specification manual getting at this stage is an important basis for the following stages. In this stage a few problems as followed must be solved: 1. The knowledge management system's target analysis 2. Problems should be resolved in business enterprise's knowledge management system design 3. The knowledge's conversion process analysis 4. The business enterprise's knowledge management system's function model analysis 5. The business enterprise's knowledge management system's ensemble construction analysis After system analysis, it is stage of system designing. First of all, we should chose the mode of knowledge management system .In the practice of knowledge management system of Chinese business enterprise, there are three ready-made modes can be drawn lessons from: The marketing mode of knowledge management The systemic mode of knowledge management The social mode of knowledge management The business enterprises can chose each of these three kinds of modes in terms of their different needs. But, when the business enterprise's management needs changes and business enterprise's requirement towards knowledge management is more and more highly, the limitation of thethree modes would be more and more obviously. Therefore, this text brings up the synthetic mode of knowledge management. This mode synthesizes three modes' advantages, and based on knowledge management ideas, what's more, business enterprise can applied it vividly. After choosing the mode, it is time to design the system in particular, which includes: 1. The design of the knowledge gate 2. The design of the knowledge map 3. The design of the knowledge warehouse 4. The design of the knowledge community 5. Other design of the knowledge management system Then it is the system practice stage. The system practice can be divided into three big stages by time: preparation, circulating beforehand, circulating and improvement. It can also subdivide into the system installing and confirm, data preparation and storage, usage training, circulating beforehand and improvement, formally on-line and systemize etc.. The first difficult: How to develop business enterprises'culture? The second difficult: How can every employee take part in customer service? The third difficult: How to collect and assay the information knowledge warehouse? The fourth difficult: How to establish a close relationship with customers? The fifth difficult, safety dies to the world. Aim at the problems above, the solutions was given in the thesis. As to the system's evaluation, we should evaluate not only form the system's traditional function, such as the efficiency etc., but also form the aspects as followed: 1. File management 2. The system safety and legal power control 3. Knowledge circulation 4. Supporting various data 5. Information index 6. System environment 7. Enlargement ability 8. Supporting various languages...
