| The Research of Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Management System(KMS) is an significant field. The paper describes the basic theory and method in KM and KMS. From aspect of information technical, the article emphasis on how to construct KMS.Firstly, the paper discusses the concept, function, status and the problem in KMS, then points out it is necessary for enterprise to build KMS based on these theories. Secondly, the paper analyzes principle, method and implement policy of KMS , then puts forward two practical models to build KMS. Finally, the paper puts forward KMS's feasible scheme based on Campus-Wide Web on Sharepoint Portal Server platform. The scheme solves these problems.
