According to the western contingency management theories, the efficiency of a kind of leadership style lies on the degree that it match with the situational factors surrounding it and there is not any leadership that can be efficient in any situation. In actual operation of organization, the cost and the difficulty of changing the organization's environment is higher than it of changing the subordination's individual psychological characteristic factors, therefore, "changing the subordination's individual psychological characteristic factors to match with leadership style" ,a kind of means improving the efficiency of leadership style ,should be more feasible than other means for enterprise. Because of the point this paper have done research on the matching relationship of subordination's individual characteristic factors and leadership styles further on the base of summarizing the achievement of Contingency theories of leadership .This paper regards subordination's satisfaction with leadership style as variable of leadership style efficiency and have analyzed and selected some subordination's individual psychological characteristic factors that may influence subordination's satisfaction with leadership style , furthermore , established a model about satisfaction with leadership style. In the situational variables included by the model , apart from those having been put forward by known-well leadership contingency theories, this research have introduced five new variables: four factors of individual emotional intelligence and achievement motivation. In the demonstration ,this paper have established structural equation model according to those hypothesis on emotional intelligence put forward in satisfaction model of leadership style ,then have made a empirical analysis on the structural equation model established after using questionnaire of individual emotional intelligence and questionnaire of satisfaction with leadership style made by author to collect data. Finally this paper have tested the hypothesis relevant to emotional intelligence composition according to analysis result.
