The classification of occupations remains the label descriptions instead of the professional evaluation, which could not be fulfilled due to insufficient compartmentalizing and integrating towards qualitative as well as quantitative analyses, however there were quite few theoretic and exemplified studies based on a certain occupation by the psychological approach of intersecting views. The purpose of the study is to revise the Emotional Inventory of the edition on Chinese college students, integrating the literal reviews and experts interviews. The concordance of the inventory with Chinese subjects' characteristics were analyzed and a preliminary questionnaire was developed, 308 sales reps in large private manufacturing company In Chongqing answered the questionnaire; Depending on the occupational illuminations and experts consultation with theories, the indexes of performance evaluation was formed. Intelligence and emotional intelligence how correlated on the basis of the performed levels, the results are as follows:The revised Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire formed with good reliability and validity.
