| County is one of administration regions with the longest history in China. County region in China covers large area and is inhabited by large population. As a basic administration unit , economically and culturally , county is administration fundation of politica , econimic , social and cultural activities in China . It play a pivotal part in linking lower and higher administrations , politically , economically and culturally , etc .County region assume a extremely important role in economic and social development of China .Integration of economic and cultural has become a trend worldwide . In the new phase of the new century , county region development in china must follow this world trend , taking the road of economically and culturally coordinated development .This is not only very necessary to realize overall coordinated and sustainable development for county region , but also a very important way to realize overall well-being development in county region.Therefore , this paper studies county region development model in the process of modernization of china, and take economic and cultural integration development for county region as focus of study, using the case of successful implementation of economic and cultural integration development model in Baiyun District, Guiyang City. This paper makes a primary study on economic and cultural integration development model for county region , and establishes a basic framework for economic and cultural integration development model. The main areas of research are listed as follows:1. Explore deeply the real meaning of integration of economic and cultural.2. Analyze the possibility and necessity of economic and cultural integration development for county region.3 . Explore , summerize and refine economic and cultural integration development model in Baiyun District, Guiyang City.4.
