The Study Of Capability Of Technology Innovation For Designed Size Enterprises In Guizhou Province

Technological innovation plays a critical role to achieve radical transition of economic growth patter that analyzing and appraising the technological innovation capability timely and effectively, which seldom has been done deeply and scientifically, can help an enterprise to formulate effective technological innovation strategies and improve its competence especially for the developing province of western china, such as Guizhou province. Mainly adopting quantitative and qualitative method and putting the theory into practice, the paper focuses on the study of the analysis and appraisal of the designed enterprise's technological innovation capability of Guizhou province in order to give a guidelines and reference of technological innovation for the governmental agencies and investors from outside.At the beginning, the development and current situation of technological innovation theories is summarized and the definition and the characteristics of technological innovation is also involved .In the paper, the author puts forward the index system and explains the basis for choosing the index. Then, the paper analyzes and appraises the technological innovation capability on the bases of data from the field survey of 1997 designed size enterprise, which took 8 months and done by author. After evaluate the enterprise's technological innovation capability from the views of areas, economic field and registration type of designed size enterprises, the feathers and main factors that influence the capability of technology innovation will be found out. Finally, the author puts forward the suggestion to improve the capability of technology innovation for the local government and enterprises.
