In market economy, with the deepening of market competition and enterprise reformation, the enterprises unavoidably meet the financial risk. The financial risk is existed objectively for each enterprise. It is not realistic to dispel the financial risk completely in the course of enterprise managing, so enterprise only can recognize and avoid the financial risk as far as possible but not completely. Therefore, study on the enterprise financial risk and adoption the certain measure to manage becomes an important lesson.The process of the enterprise operation is substantially the process from cash to material, then from material to cash. It is favorable to eradicate the drawback of the outside circulating completely, control inflow and outflow of the cash and enhance the strength of financial control that the enterprise makes the cash under controlling by controlling cash-flow. The cash-flow state can reflect the value and lasting management ability of enterprises even more. Main threat that enterprises survive is from being unable to pay the expenditure with the income and unable to compensate due obligation. Therefore, the direct reason of the rise and fall of the enterprise is cash-flow, not profits.This dissertation mainly studies the discernment and precaution problem of financial risk based on cash-flow. Firstly, introduced the relevant concept of cash-flow and financial risk, and the relationship of cash-flow and financial risk, and analyzed the factor that cash-flow affects financial risk. Then, discussed how to identify and analyze financial risk. Finally, analyzed the method of controlling financial risk in detail. And put forward to the concrete measure that controls the enterprise financial risk.
