With the constant advance of economic globalization and regional economicintegration and the international transferring of industries, cities clusters having been a basicterritorial unit for countries or regions to enjoin in world-wide competition and co-operation,play a deep influence on a country's abilities to compete, so cities clusters are very importantfor regional economic to grow constantly, rapidly, consistently and healthy.
