Study On The Developing Strategy Of Hunan's Convention And Exhibition Industry

Convention and Exhibition Industry (CEI) in China developed very quickly within the past 20 years, and it has become one of the most potential industry in China. The developed areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and some coastal cities have made up of the system of CEI.As a midland area of China, Huna n Province has both advantages and disadvantages to develop CEI. This paper aim to set up a Convention and Exhibition industry developing strategy for Hunan Province so that CEI can be an very important part in the economy system of Hunan Province.The paper divided into seven parts.In chapter one, Author explain the reason of the study, study area and method, and the outline.The second part, Author define the concept of CE, CEI, and CEE, discuss the system info of CEI, and analyses the developing condition of CEI, the function and the characteristic of CEI.It consists of the history, present, and future of CEI in China and other countries In the third part.At first, the author introduced the history of Hunan's CEI in forth chapter, then analysis the capacity of infrastructure, service, and the existing CE projects.The fifth chapter is an important part, the author emphasis on the disadvantages of Hunan's CEI based on the point of the concept of public, the business of Hunan's CEI, industry structure, and industry market.After learn the advantage, disadvantage, and the reasons of Hunan's CEI, the author set up a developing strategy of Hunan's CEI from the aspects of policy, environment,...
