| Based on the background of world forestry sustainable development, structuring our country's socialist harmonious society and building Fujian Province green straits west bank ,regard Fujian forestry sustainable development as the prerequisite and from the basic demand of current forestry sustainable development, the urgency of forest talent resources sustainable development was analyzed. Based on a vast amount of investigation of talent resources of Fujian forestry system, relational problems were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed about talent resources development of Fujian forestry sustainable development. From the point of sustainable development view and the basis of modern talent resources theory's standpoint, the new demand to forestry sustainable development talent qualities was analyzed, and the main contents of theories of forestry sustainable development talent resources was expatiated. The principle was analyzed from the theory and reality that should be followed of talent's development of forestry sustainable development, at the same time the tactics of talent resources development about Fujian forestry sustainable development was proposed. The measures of talent resources development was put forward for Fujian forestry sustainable development and building Fujian Province green straits west bank.
