How to let the talents work for our enterprise stably and actively after they getinto is a general problem that the state-owned great enterprises are facing. Andbecause of the big distance between the present condition of the promotion systemin state-owned enterprises and in talents market, the problem of talents losing arestill making the enterprises' leaders heckled. This thesis use the theories ofmodern talent promotion, closely combine the fact of talents management inWISCO, on the base of summarizing the experiences of domestic excellententerprises, bring up several measures of amending WISCO's talents promotionsystem. In the meantime give a case to the innovation of talents managing systemin great state-owned enterprises.Chapter 1:Clarify the definition of promotion to the person with ability; make out theessentiality of promoting to these persons; particularize several promotingtheories of human resource which have a worldwide influence. Emphasize theprinciple when the theories above mentioned are being used in the management ofenterprise.Chapter 2:First, explain the background of WISCO; particularize the measure in the periodof the ninth five-year project to amend the capable person promoting condition inWISCO; Particularize the problem that the WISCO's management of humanresource is facing; discuss the shortcome of the promoting system that is beingran;Chapter 3:Introduce the experiences of three excellent enterprises in China, they are HaierGroup, Legend Group and HuaWei Company.Chapter 4:Based on the chapters above, the thesis bring forward the future road of promotingsystem in WISCO; from the altitude of stratagem, set up a promoting systemwhich is close to the mode of market; emphasize to set up enterprise culture and point out the human resource management must fit for the characteristic of advanced person with ability...
