Along with gradual maturity of digital technology, the digital era is coming; digital products will become the predominant product at 21st century. The digital Industry is still at the starting stage in our country, and the study on digital products, especially the study on PLC of digital products is still in dim state. The decision makers lack relevant theoretical guidance, so there are certain blindness in how to manage company, how to frame business strategy and choose which kind of marketing models. However, the traditional theory of PLC only gives comparatively idealized PLC model, try to fit all products life course with one model, but different types of products have different life cycles just like different living beings, the flexibility of traditional PLC theory has caused its limited using in practice, and lack the meaning of using for reference as to the digital Industry. So through setting up one suit identifying model for digital products PLC, this paper offers the relevant support in theory for enterprise decision makers of digital industry in our country, reduce their blindness on making decision in administration, especially in marketing. The main content of this paper includes: 1. Build up the identifying index system of digital products PLC. We have not only considered the identifying indexes of traditional products PLC, they are: sales volume of product, profit rate of product and product competitiveness, but also have considered the influence of Industry environment and the relevant industries. So we have added two influence indexes in the identifying index system, they are the increasing rate of per capita income and the increasing rate of PC Industry, so as the index system is more accurate and suitable for the digital products. 2. Set up the identifying model of digital product PLC. We identify the phases of digital product PLC through the biggest membership grade principle in fuzzy mathematics. At first, using membership function of fuzzy assemble to describe the different states of all indexes, then carry an the synthesis of different index states according to the definitions of every stage, the membership grade of every stage, which membership grade is the greatest, it will belong to that phase according to the biggest membership grade principle. 3. Verify the identifying model of digital product PLC. Choose typical digital product MP3 as proving instance, gather relevant data and process them so that they can be used for the model directly, put them into the model, then analyze and appraise the result, so as to verify the validity and practicability of the model. This paper based on the forefathers'research, but expanding the things that the forefathers have studied, using fuzzy mathematics as tool to study the digital product PLC from quantitative and qualitative analysis, to enhance the practicability of PLC model in specific Industry.
