The logistics industry is a comprehensive trade, it involves transportation, package, storage, loading and unload carrying, circulating in such all respects as processing, providing and delivering and information, etc. The logistics service industry of our country develops on the basis of traditional trade, because the traditional logistics is isolated as a lot of stages artificially, each stages can not be well linked up and coordinated, in addition, information can not be shared, which keep the efficiency of the logistics low, this behaves particularly obviously in a lot of little logistics enterprises. There is logistics in all more than 2, 000 enterprises in our country at present, but it is equipped that enterprise' s logistics is not the standardization, non- standardized facilities and non- standardized behavior are quite general. Yaoqiu Wang, logistics scientific chief of research institute in Northern Transportation University, use the word 'break up' to summarize logisticsof our country.The standardization question of the logistics of our country hasalready become the bottleneck of development, it is extremely urgent to solve the standardization problem of the logistics. This thesis is just to meet this need, I research deeply on the standardization problems of the logistics. On the bases of deep research on common problems of logistics standardization in our country, I put the emphasis on designing the standardization flow of logistics enterprise, which can direct the logistics enterprise to standard work, and at the same time can enhance efficiency.
