The Analysis And Evaluation Of Chinese Transportation System Resources Allocation

Transportation is our country's crucial strategic industry, and an important factor which restricts the economy and society's development. The phase of "bottle-neck" is getting worse and worse because of our neglect to the rule that we must precede national economy with transportation's development. In order to build a modern transportation system and ensure national economy's normal development, it's necessary to analyze and study transportation system's resources allocation. The thesis discusses the issue of our transportation system's analysis and evaluation in the background of integrative transportation system.This thesis firstly expounds the basic theory of transportation system's allocation, and define the meaning of transportation system resources allocation, which prepare for the following demonstration analysis and efficiency evaluation. The chapter 3 gives demonstration analysis to our country's transportation system's resources allocation circs from the point view of invest proportion, technical level, employee number, production value, elasticity coefficient, invest structure, transportation structure, area allocation, basic establishment, etc. In the chapter 4,I make the efficiency evaluation of our transportation system resources allocation; at the same time, I deduce the circs of scale income, perfect input, and perfect output. In the following chapter 5, some advice is made to our country's transportation system resources allocation.
