Management Ideal And System Analysis Of VE's CRM Based On Agile Manufacturing

With market competition becoming acute and intense, many enterprises try to imply one to one marketing and supply individual production and service in order to preserve and enhance clients' loyalty, and gain more clients. However enterprise is very hard to response clients' requirement with its own ability. So enterprise must unite other enterprises with relative technology to meet clients' requirement very quickly. Virtual Enterprise' s CRM System based on Agile Manufacturing (AM) .which is based on information technology on the behalf of Internet, can impel many enterprises to collaborate and integrate, shorten manufactures' lifecycle, increase communication chances between enterprise and clients, carry out indeed management ideal which client is God.Firstly, AM, VE and CRM are narrated in this paper. Then author analyze and illuminate management ideal and effect of VE' s CRM based on AM. By VE' s organizal form, there are three sorts of VE' s CRM: transverse alliance VE' s CRM, vertical alliance VE' s CRM, mixed alliance VE' s CRM. Because the transverse alliance VE is composed with a few enterprises of same industry , its CRM system (CRMS) integrates member enterprises' CRM systems. Leading enterprise preside over every thing of CRM systems' integration, and the other enterprises imply a part of function of VE' s CRM. However the vertical alliance VE is composed with a few enterprises of supply chain, and its CRM system dose not integrate member enterprises' CRM systems but is directly created by the backward position enterprise of supply chain . The mixed alliance VE' s CRM system integrates transverse alliance VE' s CRM system function and vertical alliance VE' s CRM system function.In this paper, transverse alliance VE' s CRM system and vertical alliance VE' s CRM system are analyzed and designed respectively.The key factor, blue print, technology frame of VE' s CRM system implement are set forth. Specially Yunnan Copper Group combines a few enterprises of copper supply chain, and its CRM system is analyzed. Its CRM system architecture based on multi-agent is proposed. Finally author prospects the development of VE' s CRM, analyzes the integration' of VE' s CRM, and ERP, and SCM, illuminates the relation of VE' s CRM and EC, searchs the BI' s application in VE' s CRM.
