On The Legal Check Mechanism Of Corruption Of Institution S Of Higher Learning In The Transitional Period

In the transitional period of China, especially with the growing scale of reform in the education system in resent years, the institutions of the higher learning are becoming the self-management independent corporation entities. In the process of self-management and participation in market competition, the corruption in the field of education becomes more and more conspicuous and causes more and more concerns from people. This article is aimed at making the effect of casting a brick to attract jades —arousing more concerns from the public on education legal system, especially on the high frequency of corruptions in the institutions of higher learning in the transitional period. For this reason, based on the intensive surveys, this article, by adopting the problem-solution logic, at first, it lists out several category of corruptions, their features, and causes in terms of history, society and reality. At last, in the viewpoint of legislation including system , law, supervision , prevention and execution, this article presents that the law system to prevent and punish the corruption in education should be established and perfected, which is not only the basic requirement of running the school by law and educational legal system, but also the key topic of rule of law, with significance of times and reality.
