Study On Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises Interface Management

With the swift development of science and technology, the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, the globalization, informationization, cluster, flexibility trend have appeared in the manufacturing industry development. Relies on a series of advantages, China is attracting some manufacturing industries of the developed countries and regions, it will become the world production base of the products of manufacturing industry. The development goal that our country puts forward in the Tenth Five-Year Plan is: make our country's manufacturing industry strong within 10-15 years, and make our country one of the world manufacturing center.The manufacturing industry has extremely important position in the course of our country's economic development, it is the main source of foreign currency and the fiscal revenues of our country, it has already become " engine " that driving the economy of our country to grow at top speed. Though the manufacturing industry of our country has made great progress, It still lags behind the developed country in many aspects, such as the poor innovative efficiency, the low added value of the products, the unreasonable industrial structure. As the economic carrier of the manufacturing industry, manufacturing enterprises perform poor in management, this become " bottleneck " which restrain development of manufacturing industry of our country, it is displayed in competition shape , collaboration among enterprises, backwardness of coordinating mechanism; enterprise innovate and transform ability, market reaction ability and interfunctional information exchange, these issues are in categories of enterprise interface. So, the improvement of interfaces management will be an important way to promote the integral level of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of commenting domestic and international study on interfaces management, to the obstacle that exists among enterprise's function and enterprises, using the theory of coordination, strategic alliance and BPR, this text designed the evaluation index system of enterprise's interface coordination. Meanwhile, propose interfirm coordinate measures such as the transition of the competition idea, setting-up of enterprise's cooperation, interface coordination of cooperative enterprise, foundation of strategic alliance; then propose interfunctional interface coordinate measures such as BPR in new product development and enterprise function's connection.
