With the increasing globalization and the profound development of information technology innovation since the 1990s, people are more and more concerned about the issues of Non-traditional Security. Compared with Traditional Security, Non-traditional Security develops from its intension and extension. Not only have they diseparatable interrelationship but also have distinctive difference. During the age of globalization, Non-traditional Security(NTS) Issues threaten national security and influence the international relationship.Being suffered from serious threats of Non-traditional Security, China and ASEAN must adopt vigorous measures to confront challenge. There are some evidences: Asia Financial Crisis in 1997, BaLi Bombing in 2002, SARS in 2003 and so on. It is difficult to collaborate in Traditional Security between China and ASEAN for lacking of trust in history. But they may collaborate effectively because their common interests in NTS. Actually, the situation of co-operation is gloomy and depressing, which exposes the weakness of co-operation between China and ASEAN. This article focuses on the cooperation situation between China and ASEAN and also has put forward some concrete advice on strengthening international cooperation.
