ASEAN countries and China are close neighbors. As the cooperative partners in the construction of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",ASEAN countries play an extremely important role in the construction of China's "Belt and Road".However, this region also faces the impact of non-traditional security issues such as piracy, terrorism, transnational crimes, and the ecological environment. If it cannot be effectively resolved,it will have an adverse impact on regional security and the construction of the "One Belt and One Road".To this end,China and ASEAN countries have carried out extensive cooperations in the field of non-traditional security cooperation.Even under the backdrop of rising global geopolitical risks and various non-traditional security issues, they have achieved fruitful results in maintaining the region.Peace and stability have been contributed to the coordinated development of the region. However,as the non-traditional security situation continues to change, the "One Belt and One Road" initiative has brought new opportunities for non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN,while also raising higher requirements for cooperation between the two sides.Based on the new historical situation,it is necessary to deepen non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, increase mutual trust with ASEAN countries, establish a common concept of cooperation, improve non-traditional security cooperation mechanisms, jointly safeguard regional security and stability, and put China-ASEAN strategic partnership to deeper level, and make the "Belt and Road Initiative" succeed in the ASEAN region. The paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter is the non-traditional security risks China faces in the ASEAN region. It mainly analyzes the various non-traditional security threats and challenges encountered in the ASEAN region during the construction of China's "One Belt and One Road." These include the activities of transnational criminal organizations, economic and energy security risks, and environmental and public health security, and discuss the impact and challenges that these non-traditional security threats and risks have brought to China's "One Belt and One Road" initiative. The second chapter is the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the field of non-traditional security. It mainly discusses the active cooperation between China and ASEAN nations in cracking down on transnational crimes such as piracy, drug trafficking and terrorism, responding to various financial, economic and energy security risks, and maintaining ecological and public health security."One Belt and One Road." construction has created a relatively stable regional security environment. The third chapter is the path of deepening non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the new era.Based on the needs of the "One Belt and One Road" development,we discussed how to deepen the non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. It mainly elaborates on concepts, mechanisms, and actions. It proposes the concept of building China-ASEAN Destiny Community on the basis of mutual trust and mutual benefit, based on the establishment of a non-traditional security cooperation mechanism between China and ASEAN,and plays a leading role in shaping China's role as a big country. For the direction,it has proposed the basic path to promote and deepen the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the field of non-traditional security.
