A Study On Project Management Of Resettlement Engineering Supervision

Beginning with the definition of project management (PM), the dissertation summarizes the system and framework of its knowledge and its process and introduces the basic conditions of the supervision management of the supervision management in Zhuzhou waterway and hydropower Project (ZH) reservoir. Following this, it has a further study on the PM of the engineering supervision entirely with a certain emphasis.First of all, it has discussed the environment of PM for the engineering supervision, analyzing the characteristics, process and points of human resource management in supervision project and then goes further to put forward the skills and responsibilities that the directors should be qualified. Meanwhile, the dissertation describes the team construction and its management traits emphasizing the significance of communication management.Secondly, after discussing the definite and proper targets of supervision project, the dissertation takes emphasis to analyze the space management. In order to complete the project smoothly and successfully, it thoroughly analyzes the problems of time and space management that has puzzled us for a long time. It clarifies the targets of the supervision project, and constructs WBS structure of supervision project for resettlement engineering. Through dependence analysis of activities and chronic evaluation, the dissertation describes the network of supervision project and in use of the network the time of the project should be in the management. At the same time, the dissertation analyzes the types and quantities of the resources needed in the project, cost forecasted and cost control studied. From the existing problems of quality management in supervision project, it studied out the reasons for these problems and for these reasons the measures for quality management and risk control is put forward.Finally, the dissertation interprets the supervision management's contribution, functions and developing trend in our county. Combined with the practice of supervision management and supervision industry, it emphasizes to study the key issues to that the supervision institutes should pay much attention and lastly it sums up the demerits of the research.
