Female workers are an integral part of the nation's work force. With the development of reform in recent years, female workers enjoy an expanding and broader horizon to give full play to their capabilities, while they are confronted with bigger challenge in education, employment and personal development. Female workers have been facing problems in rights like politics, labor, education and marriage for economic, social and historical reasons. The rights of female workers should be protected due to their physical situations and for the reason that they bear the responsibility of reproduction of human beings. After a broad survey focusing on current situations in protection of special rights of female workers and by reference to a mount of data, this article shows a fact that although the female in China are now enjoying unimaginable equality and rights as compared to those in decades ago, their rights and social position are still insufficient as compared to the male. The article disclose, based on facts and truth, to the whole society that in our country, the special rights of female workers have not be sufficiently protected. The reasons vary - traditional culture, legislation, administrative execution, rights protection awareness, etc. Administrative actions of the government are indispensable to the protection of special rights of female workers as a social vulnerable group. The article recommends that related government departments promote the protection of special rights of female workers in our country through administrative laws by referring to the legislation experience of foreign countries, stipulating related administrative laws, establishing multi-social security system, and intensifying services of public administrative systems.
