The Comparative Study Of Mao Zedong's And Deng Xiaoping's Administration Thoughts

The administrative reform of our country is in key period in the new century. Our government faces a lot of new challenges. In order to promote the development of administrative reform, it is necessary for us to compare Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's administration thoughts, thus we can hold the development trend of Chinese administration and grasp the law of Chinese administration. Based on this view, the paper has compared the experience that Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping accumulated in administrative management practice, attempting to find out the theory which might guide the administrative reform of China.The paper consists of four parts.The main contents of Mao Zedong 's and Deng Xiaoping's administration thoughts are summarized in the preface. This part includes the method used in the comparative research of Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's administration thoughts, and the significance of this comparative research, namely the significance to the theory and practice of the administration of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The first part of the article mainly discussed the similarities between Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's administration thoughts. Firstly, from the theoretical aspect, they have the same source of theory; Secondly, from the value orientation of Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's administration thoughts, this paper analyzes the common tenet of them ; Moreover, this paper have announced the common principle of the two from the content of the administration thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping; Finally, from the aspect of the relationship between theory and practice , the paper proved the relation that the two come down in a continuous line.The second part of the article is mainly about the characteristics of administration thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. This part launches discussion from three angles: Deng Xiaoping's different thinking to the administrative management function, his choice of the framework of administrative management and his different attitudes and method towards the renovation of bureaucracy.The last part of the paper mainly analyzes the basic reason of the difference between the administration thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. First of all, have analysed different influence of theme change of era on them; Secondly, in terms of management practice development of Chinese administration , have analyzed the impact of different historical periods on administration thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping; Moreover , from the impact of the economic system on the administrative system , the paper analyzes the reason of the differences between their administration thoughts; Finally , it is concluded that the formation of the administration thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are based on the study and experience of different historical periods.
