All levels CCP and government are responsible for doing rural sanitation well and protecting and promoting peasantry health. In the process of constructing the well-to-do society comprehensively, facing the challenges which the stepwise perfect of the Socialism market economy system, entering WTO and the social and economic change of the country have brought to the rural sanitation and peasantry health project, how does the government position the own function exactly in the field of the peasantry health?
