The Transcendence From Equality Of Right To Social Equality

The equality as a universal matter is always concerned in philosophy domain, and it is an important realistic question in the present contemporary society. From the breed of the Renaissance time to the fully expression of Enlightenment, the requirement of equality was continuously pursued. In the contemporary society, East and west civilization and culture exchange unceasingly and merge gradually. The conception of liberty, equality, human rights also more and more appears in people's field of vision. And the requirement of equality is more and more mentioned and pursued.Thereupon facing new question and new challenge, the conception of equality inevitably arouses interest of society and the realm of theory. Thereupon the analysis of Marxism equal view has an important guiding sense in regarding us to understand the equal question, and the social equal question. In the critical analysis, Marx and Engels propose the method of historical materialism and the researching principle of social ethics. And they analyze the equal historical development and the right of equality. They also elaborate the social equality thought and the realization way of it which is brought into their own theory system as the highest social goal of theory system. Under our current social environment of socialism, it provides a theoretical support and the realistic basis to realize the human rights, the equality and the freedom and to realize the social equality of socialism. This article took the Marx Engels's theory work as an original manuscript from the social ethics point of view. And this article placed itself in human's sociality to understand the equal question, aiming to elaborate the significance of equality in the social ethics and to seek the basis of the realization of equality.
