Study Of The Establishment Of E-Government And Scientific Management Problems

The E-government is a deep change to the traditional management mode by using modern network technology and information technology. It's not only mean the disclosure and transparent of governmental management , but also mean the change of traditional function, and the re-construction of centralized procedure. The establishment of E-government can bring shock and innovation to many respect of manage environment , governmental orgnization structure , people's management idea and means ,etc. The informatization of government is the foundation of social informatization,the E-government can also bring certain impact to enterprise informatization and enterprise management.The thesis does research through the theoretical method combining with practical method, using typical case,first defined the relevant consepts of E-government theoretically, introduced the developing stage of it,discussed the relationship between E-government and E-commerce.And through the angle of the combination of E-government and scientific management, discussed the change the E-government bring to the government and enterprise.Then on the foundation of analysis to the E-government development course and current situation of our country, have probed into the meaning of developing E-government in our country ,and the promoting funtion the E-government bring to our government management and enterprise management.At last has put forward the suggestion and countermeasure about the E-government construction and development of our country ,then promote the development of our enterprises and the scientific management in our country .
