Situation is the specified environment in which people stay to know and transform the world. Situation can be classified into real situation and fictitious situation. In the past the fictitious situation- teaching was used widely in the ideologically political teaching and learning. The fictitious situation has played a role in stimulating students' interest on study, showing students' personality and saving resources. But this kind of teaching has its own disadvantage. The environment used in the fictitious situation teaching is external factor to the students. So such situation is not related with the interests of the students themselves. Perhaps the fictitious situation can stimulate the students' feelings at that time. But it can't initiate enduring emotions. Then we should turn to the real situation. This situation offers the students with the actual environment in which they can touch. As such situation is related with the students interests, the students can show the real aspects of their own. This can help the teachers to analyze the strong and weak points of the students, impel the student to transform their moral behavior into moral belief. Both of the two situational methods have advantages and disadvantages. They can complement each other. We should establish a new pattern in the ideologically political teaching and learning.
